Delivery:

Your monthly subscription box will be mailed out the first week of the following month after purchasing subscription.

Your quarterly subscription box will be mailed out the first week of the new quarter after purchasing subscription before the new quarter begins.

moderately YOU works with multiple vendors and manufactures worldwide therefore singular items ordered can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.

The timely receiving of your box depends on the location and any restrictions affecting mailing location.

 

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
